With over 16 years of HR experience, Rob brings a strong foundation in employee relations, talent development and organizational effectiveness. He has partnered closely with leadership to support workforce planning, performance management and employee engagement initiatives across diverse, fast-paced environments.
A retired U.S. Air Force veteran, Rob offers a disciplined, mission-driven approach to HR leadership. His experience spans multiple industries, including construction, manufacturing, healthcare, food and retail, allowing him to bring a well-rounded and practical perspective to complex workforce challenges.
Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources from Park University, Missouri, and maintains a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and OSHA 30-hour certification.
Outside of work, Rob enjoys motorcycle and dirt bike riding, hiking, camping and spending quality time with his family, often cheering them on at sporting events.
