Stacee Pedersen is the Founder and President of Momentum Employer Group, where she partners with businesses and leaders to drive growth, bring clarity to complexity and build organizations that perform at a higher level.
With more than 28 years of experience in executive leadership, Stacee works alongside leadership teams to align strategy, people and execution. She is known for helping businesses move forward with intention—strengthening culture, improving performance and creating the structure needed to scale.
Her background includes senior leadership roles as Vice President of Human Resources for Zions Bancorporation and Director of Talent Management for PCC Structurals. In addition to leading Momentum Employer Group, Stacee serves as Chief Operating Officer of Winward Electric, giving her a unique perspective as both a strategic advisor and an operator inside a growing business.
Stacee earned her MBA from the University of Utah and completed her undergraduate degree in Human Resources at Weber State University. She holds both SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certifications.
Outside of work, Stacee enjoys competitive sports and finds joy spending time with her family at ball games. She also enjoys playing the piano, reading books on leadership and living a life filled with purpose.
