Our Team

Stacee is an experienced professional with 20 years of experience in managing all aspects of Human Resources which includes talent management (acquisition, development & retention), employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, training, safety and environmental, and federal and state regulatory compliance.

For 18 months, Stacee acted as the VP of Human Resources for Zions Bancorporation where she supported the operations team comprising of 1400 team members. During her time with Zions Bank, Stacee led the successful consolidation of six affiliate Loan Operation sites into the new Enterprise Loan Operations group. Stacee also led the initiative to create a Coaching Culture, which resulted in higher levels of employee performance.

From 2001 through 2014, Stacee worked for Precision CastParts Corp (PCC) – Structurals Divison, where she was responsible for the organizational development and human resource activities of nine manufacturing facilities across the United States. Stacee served as a trusted partner to Division leaders and aligned the Human Capital Plan initiatives across the organization.

For the past several years, Stacee has provided HR advisory services to small businesses. This experience has allowed her to gain valuable insight and understanding into the needs and concerns of small business owners. This valuable experience has been the primary inspiration behind the creation of Momentum Employer Group.

Stacee earned her MBA from the University of Utah, completed her undergraduate degree in HR at Weber State University, and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification. Stacee loves competitive sports and spends most of her time away from work with her family at ball games – coaching and cheering on her kids’ teams. She enjoys playing piano, reading books on leadership and living a life filled with purpose.

Sarah has 18 years of professional Human Resources experience in areas of strategic human capital management, employment law compliance, benefits administration, employee relations, organization development, training, workers’ compensation administration and the overall development of best practices in human capital management.

Sarah earned both her MBA (with a concentration in Human Resources) and undergraduate degree in Business administration from York College of Pennsylvania. In addition, she has held her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification since 2006. Sarah is also a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT); she periodically teaches yoga and meditation in our local community. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren and her three dogs.

Travis received his undergrad in Organizational Communication with a concentration in Training and Development. After college he worked primarily with food manufacturing facilities in Human Resources, Recruiting, Training and Safety. Travis earned his PHR and COSS (Certified Occupational Safety Specialist) in 2019. He enjoys spending time with his family, going to movies, and spending time outdoors.

Deanne received her Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Weber State University. She joined Momentum with 16 years of experience working in payroll, tax and accounting, to include bookkeeping. A majority of her career she has been assisting small businesses with their payroll & accounting. Deanne looks forward to sharing her expertise with our clients and building relationships along the way. Originally born in Arizona, Deanne spent her early childhood in New Mexico before moving to Utah. When she isn’t working, she loves to watch her kids play sports, to be active herself, cook and just spend time with family.

Rob is a retired U.S. Air Force Veteran with over 15 years of professional Human Resources experience in both the public and private sectors of employment.  His experience includes detailed benefits administration, conflict resolution, labor relations, performance management, occupational safety and health, and talent acquisition.

Rob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Human Resources and has held his Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification and Occupational Safety and Health 30-Hour General Industry certification since 2015.

When Rob is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and exploring the outdoors.

Saylor Sorensen is a Human Resource Generalist for Momentum Employer Group. Saylor completed her bachelor’s degree at Utah Valley University, where she majored in Business Management and minored in Human Resources. Saylor has always had a love for helping others and a desire to solve problems. Saylor pushes herself to work hard and continue learning new things. Saylor lives by her core values: honesty, hard work, determination, compassion, and integrity.

Everly La’ Croix has over 10 years of experience as a Regional HR professional supporting all levels of an organization. Working on a regional level, she has navigated through the complex world of employment law in nearly all US states.

Everly has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a minor in Human Resources. She is also a member of several professional associations including SHRM, HCI, and the Worldwide Women’s Association.

When Everly isn’t working, she enjoys spending time outdoors, reading, and learning everything there is to know about the Ocean.
